Terms & Conditions

 

Party organisers are requested to inform their group of our terms & conditions. The terms & conditions apply to all bookings made through any channel at all times.

With confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms & conditions:

 

1. Deposit Payments & Refunds

For group bookings larger than 8 people we require card details to secure the booking. Groups under 12 people will not be charged for their booking.

Please note for groups larger than 12 people, a £10pp non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Depending on your preference, deposits can be paid in person, card details can be sent via e-mail in our payment form or given over the phone. All card details that are received by the venue, will be destroyed as soon as the payment has been made.

 

The deposit is strictly non-refundable and cannot be used to pay for other goods and services. We regret that should your party size decrease in numbers, deposits cannot be offset against food or beverage.

 

1.1. Splitting the Bill

Please note, that for groups larger than 8people, we will not necessarily be able to accept individual payments on the day. Should you require the bill to be split, please check you’re served before placing your order whether this will be a possibility.

 

2. Pre-Orders

Should pre-orders be necessary, they will have to be received in writing at least 3 days prior to the booking. Please send the pre-orders along with the guest’s names as we will be able to present each dish with the guest’s name, so you can fully relax and enjoy yourself on the actual day. Pre-orders without names cannot be accepted for groups larger than 20 people.

 

3. Cancellations

In case of cancellations within 72hours prior to your booking, you are no longer entitled to a refund, or to have the funds transferred to any other facility. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Should you not have paid a deposit a £10pp cancellation fee will be applied to groups between 8-12people should you cancel within 72 hours or not show on the day of your booking.

 

4. Seating Allocation

Seating is unallocated unless otherwise specified at the point of booking. Where seating is allocated at the time of booking, we will endeavour to ensure that you are provided with the seat that you have requested. However, we cannot guarantee the seating allocation and management reserves the right to make changes at their discretion if necessary.

Larger groups may be seated on separate tables in the same area unless otherwise specified at the time of booking with management’s agreement.

 

4.1 Seating Allocation Times

If you are booking a table for lunch, please be aware that we reserve the right to book all tables for another party in the evening service.

Should you require the table for a longer period of time, please mention this upon booking at which point we will be able to confirm if this is a possibility.

 

Tables booked for a 2-course meal are booked for 2 hours, and for 3 hours on a 3-course meal unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. Should you require the table for a longer period of time, please inform us at the time of enquiry and we will look into the possibility of accommodating this.

 

5. Lateness

We can only hold the table for 30 minutes after the time of your booking if you do not notify us in advance that you will be running late. If you are running late without notifying us we will try our best to serve you but there might be a wait for service.

With bookings larger than 12 the party needs to be complete and seated within 30 minutes of booking time, otherwise, there will likely be a delay in service.

 

6. Dietary Requirements

Please advise us of any dietary requirements with confirmation of your pre-orders. All vegetarian dishes are 100% vegetarian-friendly including our cheeses.

Should you have a severe allergy, please make this clear upon booking so the kitchen can accommodate this where at all possible.

 

7. General

Please be advised that it is illegal for us to serve intoxicated guests and management’s decision will be final if the situation arises. Please also be advised that inappropriate behaviour of any kind by individuals or the entire group may result in their being asked to leave immediately. Should the situation arise, management’s decision will be final.

A discretionary service charge of 12.5% is added to all tables larger than 10people. Please speak to a member of staff or management if you would like to take the discretionary service charge off your bill and we will take it off the bill.
