Terms & Conditions


Party organisers are requested to inform their group of our terms & conditions.


Please note, a 20% non-refundable deposit (£7.00pp) is required upon booking. Depending on your preference, deposits can be paid in person, card details can be send via e-mail in our payment form or given over the phone.


The deposit is strictly non-refundable and cannot be used to pay for other goods and services. We regret that should your party size decrease in numbers, deposits cannot be offset against food or beverage.


The balance is due 2 months prior to your event as well as pre-orders which have to be received in writing. Please note that the provided pre-order form has to be used and sent back to us in the same format (Word document). We will present each dish with the guest’s name so you can fully relax and enjoy yourself on the actual day.


In case of cancellations, please note that once the full balance has been paid, 2 months prior to your booking, you are no longer entitled to a refund, or to have the funds transferred to any other facility We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please be advised that it is illegal for us to serve intoxicated guests and management’s decision will be final if the situation arises.
